Incubators, professional services, and employers can publish a capability for a business journey. Hiring still uses the existing employer routes.
Participation formats
Designed to support information, a tool, a listing, a comparison, an offer, an application, an introduction, a booking, or a transaction where that format is actually implemented. Payment does not turn an option into “best for you”.
Data and user control
Introductions are user initiated. Sharing is limited to what that action needs. The person sees why an option appeared and chooses whether anything is shared. My ESI stays with the person.
