ESI for Organisations

Help at the point someone is choosing how to learn.

A person might be comparing an MBA, a certification, or a school pathway. An institution can be relevant because of programme, location, eligibility and preferences the person is using — not because it purchased that person’s identity.

The user journey

Understand options, compare institutions or courses, check affordability, prepare, shortlist, then apply.

Decision moments

Uncertainty sits in fit, cost, location, recognition and what happens after the programme.

Organisation role

Publish a programme or learning capability. ESI may surface it while the person is exploring or comparing. Explore, compare, save, ask ESI Next, visit, request information, or apply are separate choices.

Participation formats

Designed to support information, a tool, a listing, a comparison, an offer, an application, an introduction, a booking, or a transaction where that format is actually implemented. Payment does not turn an option into “best for you”.

Data and user control

Introductions are user initiated. Sharing is limited to what that action needs. The person sees why an option appeared and chooses whether anything is shared. My ESI stays with the person.

Learners who may be minors

School programmes and commercial participation are different. A child’s context is not used to introduce a partner. That flow is not part of this page.
