ESI for Organisations

Help someone find a place for care.

A person asked to get an MRI may need to understand the test, find a facility, compare location and availability, prepare, and book. A diagnostic centre can be discoverable. Paid visibility is not “the best hospital for you”.

The user journey

Understand, find, compare practical facts, prepare, then contact or book if the person chooses.

Organisation role

Hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, and wellness providers can publish information and a booking or contact path. Health context stays especially protected. Medical context is not an outreach list.

Participation formats

Designed to support information, a tool, a listing, a comparison, an offer, an application, an introduction, a booking, or a transaction where that format is actually implemented. Payment does not turn an option into “best for you”.

Data and user control

Introductions are user initiated. Sharing is limited to what that action needs. The person sees why an option appeared and chooses whether anything is shared. My ESI stays with the person.

A listing helps someone find care. It is not a clinical recommendation. Care connections are in development.
