Relevant organisations. Relevant moments. User-controlled introductions.
ESI Connect sits between ESI Next and an external organisation. The same rule applies inside an employer: a benefit or provider can be relevant, and the person decides whether to engage. Contextual partner matching will be introduced progressively across eligible journeys.
Flow
A need emerges in a journey. ESI helps the person understand and compare. A relevant option may appear, with a reason. The person explores, or does nothing. Sharing starts only on an explicit action. The organisation receives the fields permitted for that action. An outcome can return to the journey when that return path exists.

Why an option appears
The reason is ordinary: the journey the person is in, and a capability the organisation published. It is not a quote of a balance, a diagnosis, or another private detail.
Decision support and availability
Understanding the choice and seeing a provider option stay separate. Partner, sponsored, or featured options are labelled. Payment does not turn an option into “best for you”.
Data and user control
Introductions are user initiated. Sharing is limited to what that action needs. The person sees why an option appeared and chooses whether anything is shared. My ESI stays with the person.
