ESI for Organisations

Meet the person when the role becomes the question.

Someone moving toward product management may need to understand the role, close a skill gap, build proof, and only then look at opportunities. A course, an employer, or a recruiter can be relevant at different stages.

The user journey

Understand the role, assess the gap, learn, build proof, shape a resume, find opportunities, apply.

Decision moments

Is this role realistic, which proof matters, and which opportunity is actually open.

Organisation role

Employers, recruiters, internship programmes, certification providers and career services can publish a capability. A profile is shared only if the person applies or explicitly shares it.

Participation formats

Designed to support information, a tool, a listing, a comparison, an offer, an application, an introduction, a booking, or a transaction where that format is actually implemented. Payment does not turn an option into “best for you”.

Data and user control

Introductions are user initiated. Sharing is limited to what that action needs. The person sees why an option appeared and chooses whether anything is shared. My ESI stays with the person.
